It has been a busy few months. My book “Seasonal Awareness and Wellbeing” has a publication date – 28th October. Information about it will soon be appearing on the O-Books website. Also, I’m delighted to be helping at Fat Attack Bootcamps in East Grinstead and Essex (www.fatattack.co.uk), giving a talk on my approaches and offering consultations. Well done to all the participants – its a fun but demanding weekend, and a great way to demonstrate just how much we are capable of physically.
Finally, I’ve been dealing with my own underactive thyroid, but I may have found a way to boost it naturally – watch this space for more information on my approach.
